Flashcards – Add Images and Audio
Posted by jimmy on 22 Aug 2008 | Tagged as: Internet learning, New and Fixed
Hello fellow Mocha lovers,
We’ve recently added new media capabilities to Flashcards. You can now now add images and record audio for each flashcard you create. Additionally, when saving flashcards from the Learn section of lesson, the image and audio of each term you save is automatically added to each card.
To add an image when creating a new blank card, simply create a set and add a card. You’ll see the “Add Image” link on the backside of the card you’re adding. You can add one image for each Flashcard.
To record Audio for a side of the card, simply click the “Record” link under Add Audio on one side of the card. This audio will play when flipping through on the side you recorded the audio to.
Here’s an example of a Flashcard with image and audio on the Back side:
You can see the images and listen to the audio when you flip through a set.
These features will help you visually associate the term you are learning to an image, as well as learning how to pronounce it.

Marvillosa la nueva versión de las flash card. Lástima que el audio no funciona. Este es muy importante. Tambien debería utilizarse un sistema de archivos de audio. Esta es una de las grandes fallas de Livemocha.

Can you please fix or send me an email so I can use the REVIEW part of the Flashcards. They do not work now after the latest site upgrades. Thanks you.
